Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our return policy instead.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
The return request is started within 14 days of receiving your order
The carrier is returned in new, unused condition
All original packaging, tags, and components are included
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The item you wish to return
The reason for the return
We will review your request and respond with next steps.
When will my order ship?
These are expected to ship up to 4 weeks after purchase!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
What is the difference between the Gogo and the Mbereko?
The main difference comes down to the shoulder straps.
The Mbereko features wrap style straps. These straps spread wide over the shoulders and back, allowing for more customization in fit and weight distribution. Many caregivers enjoy the flexibility and adjustability that wrap straps provide.
The Gogo features padded shoulder straps. These straps feel more structured and are often preferred by caregivers who want a quicker, more straightforward on and off experience with a familiar backpack style feel.
Both carriers are designed for comfort, support, and everyday use. Choosing between them often comes down to personal preference in how the straps feel and adjust on your body.
